1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

The following registration rules apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, transfer or allow access to your Account by any third party.
• Accurate Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. 777ch will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
• Notifications: You agree to receive account-related communications at the email address registered on your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the operator's current payment processing capabilities. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar local context only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability or imply endorsement of gambling by those providers. • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if not used or wagered through within the stated validity period from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7. Gameplay Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems or underlying infrastructure.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during KYC or registration.

9. KYC & Verification

777ch applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity, age and address of registered users. KYC is mandatory before processing withdrawals and may be requested at any stage of account operation at the operator's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Other government-issued photo identification as accepted by the operator

Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. All documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent or doctored documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination.

11. Intellectual Property

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, republished, scraped, distributed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 777ch.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights and is immediately revoked upon termination of an Account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ch, its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime or connectivity issues outside the operator's control
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to read and comply with applicable bonus terms
• Any damage resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account due to failure to maintain password confidentiality

777ch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. 777ch is not responsible for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

13. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship. Users may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. The operator may suspend or permanently terminate an Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity
• Provision of false identity or registration information
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access
• Non-completion of required KYC documentation

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable forfeitures will be returned to the user via a verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation and applicable license jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation.
